MCB Properties – Property Project 2. Welcome back for details of this property now that we have finished our light refurb. The property is now available for rent through our letting agent partners Glow Homes.

We have done a relatively light refurb but brought the property up to the latest standards for rental. The property now has improved interior decor, a modern shower, new flooring, and improved energy efficiency.

In our property renovation projects, we try to use local suppliers and trades as much as possible:

• New flooring purchased from and fitted by Reids Carpets (Irvine).
• Electrical saftey inspection and updated main board from MCB Electrical.
• Damp inspection and report from Rowallan.
• New energy efficient lighting from Screwfix.
• All paint and interior decoration items from B&Q.
• Our partner letting agent who will market and manage the property is Glow.

All suppliers listed above are highly recommended for any similar work you might require.

We are now working on the purchase of our next property. Once all of the legals have competed and we get the keys we will document the renovation here. This one will require a bit more work to get it up to our standards. We will be fitting a new kitchen and bathroom in this one as well as the usual cosmetic and efficiency updates.
